- Up to a one-page statement (single spaced) including:
- Relevant research experience and potential contributions to PHRC mission/goals
- Confirmation that department chair has been notified of PHRC affiliate application
- Current CV
Review: Applications reviewed by PHRC staff/advisory board
Term: 3 years (renewable based on consistent engagement)
Affiliate Benefits:

Responsibilities (one or more):
- Participation in PHRC seminars, events, working groups
- Contribution to PHRC’s intellectual life (e.g., present research, participate in working groups, collaborate with affiliates, etc.)
- Contribution to PHRC-led grant applications
- Serve on mock grant review panels
- Mentor junior investigators in PHRC
- Acknowledge PHRC affiliation in related publications, presentations, or proposal
- Provide periodic research updates to PHRC (e.g., research activities, products, and funding).
Affiliate status is reviewed annually for participation in activities and every three years for renewal based on engagement and contribution.
